CAP will talk to you and assign a debt coach and volunteer from your local CAP debt centre who will meet you either in your home or at our Penge office, as you prefer. The debt coach will collect key details about your income and outgoings and report this to our CAP support hub in Bradford. All information is held in strictest confidence.
