Aims & Activities
We support people living with dementia in Bromley, and their carers, providing information, advice and help to find the most suitable services and support for their individual needs.
The services are delivered by:
- MindCare Dementia Support (part of Bromley, Lewisham & Greenwich Mind)
- Age UK Bromley & Greenwich
and Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust.
Bromley Dementia Hub services are available free of charge to anyone diagnosed with dementia, living in their own home and resident in Bromley, or family & friends caring for a person with dementia.
