Bromley Dementia Support Hub’s Wellbeing and Exercise café runs twice a month on Wednesday mornings, 10.30am-12.30pm. It offers gentle exercise, activities and socialising for people with dementia and their family and friends.
The cafe is held at Venue 28, 28 Beckenham Road, Beckenham, BR3 4LS.
