SOB empowers victims and survivors to take control back over the lives through their Breaking The Cycle C.L.E.A.N.E.R. Living Therapy programme. This programme is based on the adverse childhood experiences and takes a trauma informed approach to recovery. It helps build resilience and improve both mental and physical health for the long term.
