The SOB C.L.E.A.N.E.R. Living Therapy Programme is a psycho-educational course, delivered face to face, to a group of individuals who have been victims of abuse and who are working through the trauma impact of the abuse.

The SOB 8 week course takes a holistic approach to empower the group to heal and move forwards using mindset, nutrition, fitness and stress management protocols. There will be a maximum of 10 participants on each course including the facilitator and Counsellor. Please be aware that the group may consist of mixed genders.

The course is 8 weeks and each half-day session will be based on the following format:

• 15min Welcome Tea / Coffee / Water Settle In
  
• 45min Theory / Practical session / Q&A
  
• 15min Break 1
  
• 45min Theory / Practical session / Q&A
  
• 15min Break 2
  
• 45min Pilates / Mobility and Movement Session (seated, standing and mat-based).
  
• 15min Round-Up / 15min Q&A
