Bromley Recovery College - Wellbeing courses and workshops

The Bromley Recovery College curriculum is aimed at informing and exploring ways to manage mental health problems, improve your wellbeing and skills, and help you achieve personal goals and ambitions. Its free peer and professional-led courses and groups are held across the borough for those 18 or over who either live, work, volunteer or has a GP within the borough of Bromley.

They are currently running numerous engaging and supportive groups and courses throughout the year. Current courses include Understanding Anxiety, Living with Stress, and Resilience. They also offer more practically-based courses in Tai Chi, Meditation and Art and Writing.
