Arthritis Action Groups offer education and information which may enable you to better manage your condition. You will have the opportunity to meet others living with arthritis, alongside sharing your hints and experiences, and learning more about local services. The Kent Group Meeting runs on a six weekly basis from 1.45 pm – 3 pm and they invite a range of specialist speakers to enable you to take control of your arthritis and live your life with less pain.
