Formerly known as Bromley Community Counselling (BCCS), Accessible Counselling and Therapy (ACT) is an Accredited service by the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP). Established in 2003, ACT provides accessible, affordable, and effective mental health support for individuals aged 18 and above across South London and Kent. ACT recognises the importance of having equal opportunities to improve mental health and well-being, regardless of financial constraints. - Online Therapy: Accessibility combined with quality care within our secure and confidential online therapy sessions. This is for those who wish to connect with our therapists from the comfort and privacy of their own home.
- Therapy for Deaf People: We are proud to offer specialised support for the Deaf community. Our therapists are proficient in British Sign Language and are experienced in addressing the unique challenges and experiences faced by individuals who are Deaf or hard of hearing.
