Hearing Aid Aftercare Clinics:  Hi Kent run regular hearing aid aftercare clinics in the Bromley area, where people with NHS hearing aids can get them cleaned, re-tubed and collect new batteries, all free of charge . Trained volunteers can also offer support and advice on how to cope with hearing loss. Lipreading Classes - Free classes currently being held online by the Westerham Clinic. Please contact Debra Jones on d.jones@hikent.org.uk for further details if you would like to enroll.


British Sign Language Classes - Hi Kent run BSL Levels 1, 2, pre-3 and 3 classes, plus ‘Taster’ courses all over Kent. They have also started teaching ‘Makaton’ sign language. Details of nearest classes and further information is available from Hi Kent's website.


 Tinnitus Support Groups -  Hi Kent hold regular tinnitus support groups in several locations in Kent. These are free of charge to attend and offer a supportive, relaxed environment in which to sharing coping strategies and experiences. They often have professional speakers and therapists attending.
