Keniston is a housing association that manages around 700 properties in London and the south east. Half of the homes are in the London Borough of Bromley and 120 of our flats are for older people. We collect rent, let properties when tenants move out, and manage the tenancies with the aim of making them as sustainable as possible. Our housing staff negotiate with people who won't or can't pay their rent, and we respond to complaints of anti-social behaviour.
