Bromley Brighter Beginnings supports families with children in the Bromley Borough who find themselves in financial hardship. Our aim is to relieve the stresses and strains of families by providing essential items, including, but not limited to; baby and child related clothing & equipment, beds for children and household items.

For babies this includes nappies, formula, toiletries, clothes, toys, buggies and prams, Moses baskets and cots. For older children we can help with stair gates, school uniform and shoes, clothes and coats, single beds and bunk beds, books and toys.

We also provide kitchen appliances such as kettles, slow cookers, fridges and ovens.

We supply a mix of good quality preloved items that have been donated to us, and items bought new. All beds have new mattresses. Families must be referred to the service by a health or social care professional.
