To represent children with special needs across the London Borough of Bromley. We aim to give parents a voice, to offer mutual support, and to raise awareness of unmet needs. Also to recognise the difficulties faced by families of children and young people with additional needs & disabilities. BPV is Bromley’s Parent Carer Forum & a member of the National Network of Parent Carer Forums (NNPCF). The NNPCF is the independent national voice of parent carer forums & one of our parent representatives is also a member of the NNPCF Steering Group.
