Bromley Community Arts Theatre (BCAT) was formed by Pauline Armour, Simon Clark, David Evans and Debbie Griffiths to bring people together, from many different societies and organisations, to bring live performance back to the borough following a prolonged period of stagnation due to the Covid 19 pandemic.
