The Bromley Common Methodist Church is a methodist church which is a free church founded by John Wesley in the 18th Century. It is well known for the social reforms that the church champions. Methodist churches are found in most countries in the world. Worldwide there are 70 million Methodists. There are 6,000 Methodist Churches in the UK. On an average Sunday some 400,000 people attend Methodist Services. Around 1 million people in Britain have some connection with the Methodist Church.
