Credo is a creative arts project run by Community Options. It allows people to explore their potential and creativity through the medium of ceramics. * Sessions are led by a professionally trained ceramist who is experienced in working with people with mental health issues. * Sessions last for two hours and run for up to 12 weeks. * There is a fee of £6 per session for people to take part. * Courses are offered as a block of sessions and they must be booked and paid for in full in advance, either at their website:- http://www.community-options.org.uk/book-a-course/ or in person at the Community Options Bromley Office - Community Options, 2a Fielding Lane, Bromley, BR2 9FL. * Benefits of taking part can include:- increased confidence and self-esteem; learning new skills and developing personal creativity; meeting new people and the enjoyment of working in a team environment.
