This is a group for those who want to improve their wellbeing through creativity and being out in nature, and being with others, but who perhaps don’t want to reflect on their own particular problems or issues. We have a wide variety of people who want to join us, some referred to us as above but others contacting us directly for a place.

 Funded by the National Lottery , there is no upfront cost to participants. You also do not need to be ‘good at art’ to join in.

COVID 19 UPDATE: Art therapy SE20 have now resumed meeting again in person at Holy Trinity and in our Art for Wellbeing group. The groups are smaller in number at present and adhere to COVID Safe procedures, to protect our members .
