Ladies Lounge brings together like-minded people, to share experiences, use their skills, learn new skills and support a local charity. It is about having a cup of tea, making friends, having fun
What is a Ladies Lounge?
A Ladies Lounge is a similar concept to a Men’s Shed and is a community spaces for ladies to connect, create and converse.
The service has been developed to allow like minded ladies to socialise and share skills they have acquired throughout their life. The service is designed to combat feelings of loneliness and isolation which can be detrimental for health and wellbeing.
Ladies Lounge brings together isolated ladies in a space where they can feel comfortable and put the world to rights over a cup of tea. It is about friendship, fun and getting out.
