8, self-contained Studio Flats for one person with combined lounge/bedroom, separate kitchen and bathroom, 3 one-bedroom flats, one with wheelchair facilities, and 1 two-bedroom flat. There is also a communal lounge and laundry facilities. There is a resident Scheme Manager available from 9am to 5pm and an out-of-hours emergency call system.

In addition, a regular programme of social activities is organised by the Scheme staff, including coffee mornings, lunches, quizzes, games and keep fit activities, and regular outings and annual off-site holidays. Residents are also encouraged to help keep the garden looking beautiful. For a small charge, we also have a Guest Room available for visitors to stay over.
