Our integrated approach combines holistic support, community groups and complementary therapies delivered by professionals in a confidential environment, online and in person.

In-person services will primarily be run in the Kent and Greater London areas. The wider community can access our on-line services.

We are currently open at Orpington Village Hall every Thursday from 10am to 4pm.

• We host coffee mornings from 10:30am to 12:30pm on the last Thursday of every month. Please drop in and make new friends and find out how we plan to expand our support services.
• Online Chair Yoga  every Monday,  6-7pm,  Zoom.
