We identify already existing facilities/homes/institutions for children/young people with disabilities and seek opportunities for:

• Re-orientation, up-skilling and reinforcing best practices through training and development where gaps are identified
  
• Provision of relevant aids and equipment for children and young people with disabilities ages 0-25
  
• Engaging in capacity building and provision of resources and infrastructure for existing workforce
