The programme is intended to enable participants to tap into their own creativity in order to reach a deeper level of connection with self and to facilitate growth and resilience.

This unique therapeutic programme uses art and mental images in a holistic person-centred approach to connect with the most vulnerable and damaged women, girls and young people.

Facilitated by senior experienced practitioners the programme addresses sensitive and painful issues that hinder positive growth and turn these issues into acceptance and change.

The programme can be facilitated at our premises or elsewhere.
