Our Art therapy groups offer a safe space for members to express and explore their feelings using the art materials provided under the guidance of the art therapist.
Our groups are ideal for those struggling with mental health or emotional issues who perhaps sometimes find it hard to put into words how they are feeling, but would like to feel heard and supported by others.
We take referrals from agencies and charities such as OXLEAS and Sydenham Garden, but individuals are welcome to self- refer as well. These groups are funded by the National Lottery so there is no upfront cost to members, and you also don’t have t be good at art, just willing to have a go.
COVID 19 UPDATE: Art therapy SE20 have now resumed meeting again in person at Holy Trinity and in our Art for Wellbeing group. The groups are smaller in number at present and adhere to COVID Safe procedures, to protect our members .
If you are interested in joining or finding out more about either our Art therapy group at Holy Trinity Church , please get in touch by email, to Fiona and Sue. art.therapyse20@gmail.com or give us a ring and leave a message on 07547 203336, and we be in contact.
There is a waiting list at this time due to our smaller group numbers but we will keep you updated about availability.
