There are eight larger flats mainly for elderly couples who can look after themselves. 2 one-bedroom and 6 two-bedroom flats are available. There is no resident Scheme Manager, but there is a staff visitor who calls in daily Monday to Friday. There is a conservatory for use by the residents. A 24/7 communication link to ‘Centra’ Telecare is provided in case of emergencies.

Scheme Visitors organise occasional afternoon tea gatherings to enable residents to meet up and also celebrate significant birthdays
