The maximum number of persons allowed for a seated audience or meeting is 100.
The maximum number of persons admitted for socials is 140.
When hiring the Church hall for a one-off event we do take a minimum £100 deposit fee as well as the hall hire charge but this will be returned after your function if the hall and garden (if used) are left clean and tidy. All bookings must end at 10.30pm Monday to Friday and 12 midnight on a Saturday. Bouncy Castles are allowed in both the garden and the hall (the usable space inside of the radiators is 8 Metres wide by 16.5 Metres long and 7 Metres high). There is disabled access & toilet as well as separate baby changing facilities. Tables and chairs for both adults and children are available to use.
Also available to hire is a fully equipped commercial kitchen which includes gas oven & 4 gas hob, microwave, water boiler for hot drinks, commercial dishwasher, catering equipment including plates, cutlery & glasses.
All noise must be kept to a reasonable level, having regard for surrounding residents. St Paul’s Church reserves the right to stop any meeting, entertainment or function which is not properly conducted. The hirer is responsible for the health & safety and proper conduct of all attending the function.

The maximum room capacity 50.
The Victor Childs Room (VCR) is a small carpeted meeting room behind the main church and is ideal for meetings such as local residents, family gatherings, funeral receptions etc. and has the maximum capacity of 50. There are a toilet and kitchen with sink, kettle, mugs & fridge which are available to use as well as chairs, tables and a TV screen for presentations etc.
All bookings must end at 10.30pm each evening.
Room charges are available upon request of hire.

Within the church building we have:
A flexible open space with stacking chairs, which can be used for a wide variety of uses and layouts.
Disabled access & toilets (including disabled toilet).
