We welcome groups ranging in age from pre-school to adult work residential trips, training facilities, away days and even family gatherings. We know you will have a positive experience and want to return.

Our dorms sleep 40, and our main hall has an amazing inglenook fireplace, cosy corner with soft seating plus chairs and tables for activities/indoor dining.

Our lovely cabin, Dixon Lodge, provides a separate space to run activities, hold private meetings, have a creche or watch the badgers at night. It is your space to use how you wish – we promise you’ll love it. There is also a spacious green area suitable for group activities and camping.

This area of Kent, known for its diverse landscapes and countryside panoramas, is an area of outstanding natural beauty. The centre is open throughout the year and offers people of all ages the opportunity to mix education and fun in a rural setting.

With the current focus on the value of learning outcomes from educational visits – including study support and work-related learning, this has resulted in an increased need to create and provide opportunities for young people to leave the classroom and venture further afield. We provide that setting for your exclusive use – there are no other groups on site during your visit.

Our users include primary, junior, senior schools, international students and like minded charities during the week, and youth groups (primarily Woodcraft) at the weekends. Home Education and smaller groups are also welcome and we can provide excellent activities for you too. We work with you to ensure your trip is a success, offering stress free day visits and residential trips in a beautiful setting.

We offer assisted, part or full catering for all our visitors, depending on your requirements. Our food is home cooked, nutritious and delicious. We feel it is important, particularly for the children who visit us, to try new foods in a relaxed and encouraging setting. We use local produce where possible and you will be very well fed.

We’ve prepared a little checklist to help you get started on your stay here – just 6 simple steps and you’ll be here in no time. Get in contact with us to talk through your requirements http://cudhameac.org.uk/booking/
