Exercise for Everyone

If you are struggling with weight gain due to menopause, diabetes, postpartum weight or because of being stuck at home during Covid, then come along and join the fitness classes for women.

The workouts are geared to improve your stamina, muscle strength and flexibility.

The sessions include dance aerobics, free weight training, Pilates, abs workout, breathing and relaxation.

A typical class includes:

  • 5min Warm ups
  • 15 min Cardio workout
  • 15min Weights training
  • 15 min Abs workout
  • 10 min Stretch & Tone with Pilates.

The class runs on Thursdays at 9:30am in Betts Park SE20, meet up by the outdoor gym.

All you need for the classes are comfortable clothing, a mat, resistance bands, weights (Dumbbells, kettlebell or if you dont have dumbells 1 or 2 litre water bottles).

This programme is sponsored by Trust for London. There is one off £50 yearly fee to join the group.
