If you are struggling with weight gain due to menopause, diabetes, postpartum weight or because of being stuck at home during Covid, then come along and join a fitness class for women.
The workouts are geared to improve your stamina, muscle strength and flexibility.
The sessions include dance aerobics, free weight training, Pilates, abs workout, breathing and relaxation.
A typical class includes:
Class runs on Tuesdays at 7:15am online via zoom. Once registered, you will be given the account ID and Password.
All you need for the classes are comfortable clothing, a mat, resistance bands, weights (Dumbbells, kettlebell or if you don't have dumbbells 1 or 2 litre water bottles).
The programme is sponsored by Trust for London. There is one off £50 yearly fee to join the group.
