Supported Living

EveryStory

We support adults with learning disabilities and autistic people in supported living settings. This means having your own home, your own tenancy, and support that fits around your life.

The support we offer depends entirely on the person. We take time to get to know people, to find out their needs and wants. Support might include help with cooking, cleaning, managing money, building relationships or finding work, but is always based on what matters to the person.

Most supported living houses are small group settings.

We work hard to make sure people who live together get on well, with a careful transition process that includes visits and time to settle in. We also make sure our staff are trained to meet the specific needs of each person, so the support is safe, skilled, and consistent.

Our aim is to support people to be as independent as possible, in ways that are right for them.

That could mean learning a new skill, building confidence to go out more, or having more control over everyday decisions. We want people to feel connected, have meaningful relationships, and wake up each day with something to look forward to.
