In partnership with London and South East Colleges,  working with Supported Internship and High Needs Supported Internship students at Bromley and Bexley Colleges to support them into paid employment.

Provides an employment consultant to generate placements and employment opportunities for the students.

The employment consultant is responsible for supporting Access to Work applications and ensures the right support is in place when each young person moves from college into employment.

For those students who do not secure employment at the end of the academic year, the employment consultant will put in place a support package that involves signposting the student to the appropriate service so that they may continue to develop and move closer to the labour market.
