The Brass Crosby Room is located in the North West Corner of St.Martin's Church.

The room is equipped with facilities for making hot drinks, toilets, disabled toilet, baby changing facilities, wheelchair access and induction loop. (In normal times, Seated meetings of up to 45 maximum persons, a lesser number for other activities. (We would advise caution in overcrowding in the room to help minimise Covid risks.) The main room size is 7.7m long x 7.15m wide (church wall to window including a 0.5m wide box seat running the length of the room under the windows.) Parking is in the Church Car Park. Disabled Parking Bays available.

The room is available for use by Church and Community Groups. The normal hire fee for the Brass Crosby Room is £40 which includes the first 2 hours, then an additional £15 per hour for bookings longer than the first 2 hours. The Brass Crosby room is available as a part of the general work and worship of the Church and we would hope and expect those who use the room to be responsive to the fact that it is a Church room, not just a community Room. Normally the room cannot be used whilst any service is taking place in Church (please check the main calendar). The room is not available for Wedding Receptions or commercial events.

After re-checking availability we will email you a booking form plus any additional precautions that may be required to meet any new Covid regulations. Please complete and return this form so that we can confirm your booking.

The Parish Room is located adjacent to the Rectory in Skibbs Lane Chelsfield Village. BR6 7RH. The room is equipped with a toilet with wheelchair access. It is only occasionally available and suitable for small seated meetings and interviews of up to 4 persons. Parking is limited to about 4 vehicles.

(There is also a larger Brass Crosby Room attached to the Parish Church)

Each room is available for use by Church and Community Groups. We do not make a specific charge for the use of this room but appreciate a donation to help cover our running and maintenance expenses.
