At Life Essence we realise the need to have a holistic approach when it comes to your well-being when looking at issues you may be experiencing, ranging from family matters to housing and many more, all of which can impact your mental health. Our goal is to ensure that you are made aware of the benefits to having good mental well-being, and all that can mean for your life.

Part of our support to you will be using different organisations that provide practical support in a number of ways. This support can include help with anything from Addictions to Trauma. In addition to our practical support, it is our aim for you to envisage how God too, wants you to live a healthy and fully functioning life…

Our Counsellor/Psychotherapists are motivated to supporting individuals to gain an understanding of how to recognise and work through mental health symptoms which may be preventing them, and those within your own community; from having a positive outlook on their own mental well-being.

We are a group of women whose vision is to see other women supported, empowered and being all they have been called to be.

What we offer is a safe home for women who have experienced trauma, who need general support, healing and pastoral care.
