Friends of the Earth - Bromley

Friends of the Earth Bromley (BFoE) is run entirely by volunteers with the aim of promoting environmental issues and understanding, in the Borough of Bromley. We are affiliated to the national Friends of the Earth, but are completely independent from it.

Our monthly meetings are held at the Friends Meeting House, 46 Ravensbourne Road, Bromley BR1 1HP on the first Tuesday of each month, from 7.30 pm - 10.00 pm.

We cover varying topics, very often with a speaker for the first half. There’s time for a tea break and a chat and then we return to catch up on campaign news. The meetings are always open to non-members.

Friends of the Earth have recently re-organised their campaign areas into the following:

  • Climate
  • Heathrow
  • Green & fair recovery
  • Climate friendly communities
  • Renewable Energy
  • Nature
  • Trees & bees
  • System Change
  • Trade
  • Planning & Environmental law
  • Anti-racism
  • Consumption
  • Food & the environment
  • Plastics
