Free one-to-one support with reading, writing, maths and English language is available to all and Turn Around welcomes referrals from community organisations, and self-referral from anyone who wants to improve their literacy and numeracy skills.

About Turn Around
Turn Around provides free, one-to-one support with reading, writing, maths and English language, to both adults and children. Our volunteer tutors are trained to help students in a kind and non-judgemental way, nurturing confidence by engendering understanding with a patient, step-by-step approach, using proven and effective methods. Over 13 years Turn Around has a 98% success rate of teaching literacy. We operate regular sessions three days a week in St Mary Cray, two days a week in Anerley, once a week in Mottingham and once a week in Downham.
