Wednesdays 3-4.30pm at Penge East Community Centre, Penge East Station Car Park, Station Road, SE20 7BE
Group music-making can help support mental health by encouraging self expression and creativity, improving social and communication skills and helping people integrate into the community. Studies show that even just listening to familiar or meaningful music fires up many parts of the brain, improving mood and reducing anxiety, with lasting effects!
Whatever your musical skill level, come along to our jamming group, to explore music making in a friendly, low pressure environment. Instruments will be provided - no musical skill necessary!
