All our classrooms are equipped with the modern appliances you would expect (projector & interactive whiteboard) We have a large number of classrooms available (more than are currently listed on the site), so please contact us directly should you need more than are listed.

Training Kitchen

Use of fixed items – work stations, ovens, hobs, fridges & sinks.

A site visit should take place prior to your booked session to view the facility provided and to discuss any other equipment requirements you may have such as saucepans or utensils. An additional cost will be applied for use of such equipment.

You are responsible for your own food safety during your booked time. To ensure Food Safety practices are managed well, we are unable to store products prior to or after your booking that are not sold directly to LSEC, prepared by LSEC or for LSEC to sell. All unused food products should be removed from the kitchen at the end of your booking.

Please allow enough time to clean the surfaces, sinks, fridges, floors, and any equipment used, before the end of your booking. The cleaning costs do not include cleaning of any equipment used.

Please ensure the bins are not overflowing. All waste must be contained with the bins provided. Any excess waste must be removed at the end of your booking.

All deliveries of produce/products should be arranged for the day of your booking and during the time of your booking. Any non-food deliveries made outside of your booking need to be agreed by LSEC in writing prior to your visit although there is no guarantee we can accommodate this request. If agreed, you will need to ensure you are available to take delivery onsite at LSEC during our opening times as we will not be able to accept any delivery on your behalf.
