Free food to those in need; self-referral for families and individuals

Mottingham Food Bank is situated at St Edward's Church.  It provides a range of different food for residents of Mottingham and the surrounding areas.

You do not require a voucher or referral, and deliveries within our catchment area can be requested if you are not able to come to the foodbank due to being housebound, significantly disabled, ill or self-isolating, or have significant caring responsibilities, e.g. single parent with young children.

Donations are always welcome and should be non-perishable foods and household goods. Items that are always needed include long-life milk, 500g bags of sugar, tea bags, tinned meats and tuna, baked beans and tinned carrots, peas and potatoes, but other items are also welcome. Household goods like toilet rolls, washing powder, washing up liquid and toiletries are always helpful, as are larger baby nappies.

Financial donations are also possible, in cash during opening hours or through online payments.

Collect from the food bank on:

  • Wednesday evenings 5.30 - 6.30pm
  • Friday mornings 9.30am - 12.00pm
  • Saturday 10.00am -12.00pm

No Mondays.
