A Saturday (every other Saturday) scheme for disabled adults with complex needs, which provides respite for family and carers. 

Sensory cookery, karaoke, dancing for all, theatre workshops, art and the occasional day out are just some of the sessions enjoyed at the Saturday scheme based at Astley Centre in Bromley.

A high ratio of trained staff provides an enjoyable leisure programme as well as individual activities for adults with complex needs or for disabled members of families who don’t access any other respite service.
