Flower arranging at St Mary's, Downe: A group of about a dozen ladies are responsible for the flower arrangements in the church. We all get together to decorate the church for Easter, Harvest and Christmas. The rest of the year (apart from Lent) we work in a rota. For weddings and other special occasions we are happy to arrange flowers supplied by the people concerned.
