St. Mark's Church hosts one of the finest church choirs in London. They maintain a wide repertoire of hymns and anthems to support Sunday worship. Several guest appearances at cathedrals in London and elsewhere testify to their high standing.

The choir completed a highly successful tour at Salisbury Cathedral, singing four full Choral Evensongs and a Sunday Eucharist. Songs included works by Mendelssohn, Bach, Sumsion and Harwood among others.​

Performances were universally praised, not least because of the choir's great tone, an ambitious choice of music and its highly skilled execution.
