Most plots are 130m2. The annual rent for one of these plots for the 2025 season is £45.00. This is a rent of £35 plus a membership fee of £10 (where more than one plot is rented by the same tenant, the membership fee is only paid once).

We also currently require a £100 returnable deposit from new tenants for site condition and issue of allotment keys.

The allotments are owned by Bromley Council, and are leased to Biggin Hill Allotments Ltd (a not-for-profit company) in accordance with a Lease under which management of the allotments is devolved to the company. This Lease places certain duties on the company such as determining the rental levels and ensuring that plot holders use their plots in accordance with the Tenancy Agreement and Terms and Conditions that all plot holders sign up to.

The Management team consists of the Directors and up to five other members.
