At the Temple URC our two Brigade Companies come together every week on a Monday and every other Sunday to form a marching band called ‘The Pacemakers Drum and Bugle Corps’. The Temple URC’s BB & GB marching band is famous nationally as one of the best brigade bands in the UK, regularly winning national titles and making appearances in various high profile events. The Pacemakers currently competes in the Boys’/Girls’ Brigade and Drum Corps United Kingdom (DCUK) marching band circuits. In 2015, the band were crowned both National Boys’ Brigade Champions and DCUK A Class Champions for the first time in the band’s history. Are you aged 11-18? Do you want to learn how to play an instrument and develop life skills? Do you want to develop new friendships and connections?
