Our service is for both adults and young people offering the space to look at any concerns you may have about yourself or relationships in a safe non-judgemental environment.
We give you the opportunity to fully explore and work through your experiences, and we extend an approach to therapy, that values you as a unique individual.
Individual counselling sessions are 50 minutes and are usually weekly (unless agreed otherwise) at the regular appointment time. Appointments are available Monday to Friday daytime and evenings. Referral through the website or by calling on 01622230733 (you can leave a message, and someone will call you back).
