Family support workers are ready and willing to help provide information and support for disabled people, their families and carers around any matter including: 

• welfare benefits
• education 
• health 
• housing
• leisure 
• support planning

They can support you at meetings with schools and social services, complete forms and grant applications as well as having access to local and national disability databases.
