Some feedback from our participants:
"I have been surprised at how much exercise this involved… I’ve used muscles in my stomach I didn’t know I had! Nicola is a very engaging teacher and very relaxed about our attempts at the exercises! I’m really grateful to have been included on the course as I happen to have been having an extreme stressful time over the last month with illness in the family. This has helped me a great deal. Thank you."
"New ideas, socialising, having an event to get out for, supportive cheerful leaders."
"Thank you. It's been great and I have seen some of the lowest BP readings for a long time .Nicola is so warm and welcoming and I always left the session feeling relaxed and calm. "
